In the retrospective, we check how did we perform as a team. Did we do our work good? Did we deliver our work on time, and did we have a great collaboration.
During the retrospective, the Scrum Master guides the team to have an effective retro meeting. Most of the time, the Scrum master prepares how the retro is going to be filled in. There are multiple ways to do this.
